Pre-event activities:

 

  • Briefing with the client to define the guidelines

  • Research for the optimal location for the presentation or distribution

  • Management of paperwork (required permits and authorizations)

  • Logistics and material management

  • Definition of dress code

  • Training on the product: target audience, objectives of promoting & selling

  • Setting up of stands or exhibits with the provided material

Activities during the event:

  • Product presentation and enhancement of the corporate brand

  • Business promotion and sale

  • Built-in direct sales where required

  • Distribution of leafleting

  • Demonstrations

  • Representation (delivery, give-aways and prizes)​

Post-event activities:

  • Reorganization and return of material, support all closing tasks

  • Preparation of the feedback at the end of event
