- Assistance during conferences or meetings (room setting, informative material and microphone management)

- Reception and seating for shows

- Distribution of gifts and gadgets

- Catering service support (management of refreshments during the event).

- Social programming at conventions

- Shopping tour

 

Support after the event

 

- Reorganization of the stand or room, support with all closing tasks

- Reporting

 

We also provide long-lasting services so as floor managers for Banks or ushers, cashiers, maître de salle and surveillance during the Theatrical season.
